Biblical Meditation

Controlled breath, focused stillness. intentionally being with God.

Service Description

Each 60-minute session will start with a reading from the word of God and prayer blessing the session. Lying flat or sitting up, with eyes closed or open. Focused breathing & meditation sends messages to the brain of calm, and we all could use a little more of that! Join me in taking back your "you time." Meditation pillow provided!
